Chapter 14 - When parties go wrong.

Commander Flightfeather did not like his present from the King. He was looking at it right now. It was a little, hairy, feral man. It scratched itself constantly and kept falling off its perch. Commander Flightfeather kept thinking that he should just open the cage and let the little man just be free. But there was that feeling in the back of his head that stopped him. That feeling was fear, and love. It was fear and love of the King.

He left his office and went to go and look for the King's son. He would be King himself one day, and it was on him that all the future hopes of Europe lay. This might seem weird, because you know as well as I do that the King scored with honies that dug him pretty much all day, whether he was on an adventure or not. But the King knew Tantric scoring techniques and could control his sperm and make them do whatever he wanted. There was only one time he had told his sperm to go right ahead and make a baby in a woman. That time had made his son, David. He had never wanted any more children, and he knew how much hard work it was for ladies to get pregnant, so David was the only one.

It was David's birthday, and Commander Flightfeather had arranged a party for him out in the woods. He promised that all of his friends would be there and there would be great things to eat and all the girls would dig him. Commander Flightfeather took David, who was very excited to be having a party, by the hand and led him out through the gates and into the woods.

When they got to the party spot, David was so happy to see all the food and cakes and cool drinks laid out on the tables. The tablecloths had pictures of the King's Adventure Friends on it, as did all the paper cups and the hats. David was very pleased, but where were all the people? Where were his friends, who had promised to come? Commander Flightfeather said, 'Just wait. They might have got the time wrong, or they might be being a little late to be cool. They'll get here.'

Hours and hours went by and David sat patiently on a plastic chair, waiting for his friends to arrive. 'Someone will come, you'll see. Don't eat any of the chips, or else there won't be any for the guests' said Commander Flightfeather. David didn't eat any of the chips, but they had gone a bit soft by now anyway.

But then David did get a guest. It was an old friend who he knew well, and it was quite a suprise. Because, coming out through the woods, a big smile on his face, came Terrorthaw.
